Dr. Michael Lange, a Board Certified Optometric Physician and Certified Nutrition Specialist, has been hosting a live call in talk show called “Ask the Doctor” since April 1993.
He discusses the latest in eye care and nutrition in terminology that the callers and the listeners will understand. This show has become quite popular throughout Florida and is listened to from all over the world via the internet.
Dr. Lange can be heard on a variety of AM and FM radio stations almost daily for 20 years. Dr. Michael Lange’s “Ask the Doctor” is the longest continuous running live talk show hosted by an optometric physician / nutrition specialist in the country.
Dr. Lange also holds degress in Psychology and Physiological optics and is involved in many nutritional research studies. Dr. Lange has been in clinical practice for 20 years where he has performed over 200,000 eye examinations. His academic background and clinical experience make him an ideal host to answer a variety of questions from callers. Dr. Lange uses his talk show to educate the public on the importance of yearly eye examinations. Dr. Lange also discusses the importance of proper nutrition, correct supplementation, life style changes, exercise and sleep as a means of slowing down the aging in the eye and entire body. His show discusses the latest in traditional medicine and has a heavy emphasis on helping the listeners become pro active in their overall health and ocular health through more natural approaches.
Dr. Michael Lange has built ten Lange Eye Care locations from Gainesville to Clearwater and is President/CEO of Fortifeye Vitamins. More information: Dr. Michael P. Lange is a Board Certified Optometric Physician and a Certified Nutrition Specialist who started Lange Eye Care and Associates in Ocala, Florida, in March 1993. Lange Eye Care has grown to nine locations throughout the state of Florida with three Lasik centers. The Lange Eye Institute at The Villages in central Florida is home base for many of the nutritional studies that Fortifeye is involved in. Dr. Lange is one of the first doctors in the industry to utilize intracellular blood tests and blood absorption studies to improve the Fortifeye vitamin line. Dr. Lange travels the world for nutritional research gathering valuable information to continuously improve Fortifeye vitamin formulations. Dr. Lange is still involved in the clinical practice of eyecare. He is a guest lecturer, contributing author to many eyecare magazines, and a daily syndicated talk show host of ‘Ask The Doctor’ which broadcasts every weekday at 9am and Saturdays at 2pm from Tampa Bay on radio stations throughout the country and video streaming all over the world via the Internet.
